Royal Mail Tracked for Delivery: UK Mainland is £3.99 with delivery within 3-5 days.

Northern Ireland, Europe and Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Tracked Flat Rate of £7.50 for: UK off shore Northern Ireland/Highland and Islands & Europe – delivery within 3-5 days.

Other World Zones 1 - 3 – delivery within 5-7 days.

Please note, our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during peak sale periods but specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order. 

 

Delivery price will be clearly displayed for you in the shopping cart prior to you committing to purchase.

Due to fluctuating postage costs of the Royal Mail, prices are subject to change without notice.

 

We send out most orders with Royal Mail but on occasion may use other courier companies.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Returns and Cancellations

If you decide to cancel firstly email byfaithcushions@gmail.com  with ‘Returns’ in the subject line, attaching a copy of the ‘Reason for Return’ form. 

You are required to return the goods at your own cost within 7 days of cancellation notice to: Returns Department, By Faith Cushions & Accessories, 14 Rydal Way, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 4PQ. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

Your notice statement must include details of your order number, name, email address and where possible a contact telephone number and postal address.

Please return the goods with details of your order, unused and packaged suitably and securely for transit. We ask that you retain proof of postage as you bear the risk of any loss or damage to the goods until we have safely received them. If the goods are received in satisfactory condition we will reimburse the cost of the goods only. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value due to unnecessary handling.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where appropriate, no later than 14 days after receipt of goods back.

Defective or Unsatisfactory Products

Before the product leaves our possession, it is checked thoroughly for any defects.  However, on delivery, it is your responsibility to check and report to us any damage or defect to the product or if you consider the product to be of unsatisfactory quality or not as described. Please contact us with your complaint by email to byfaithcushions@gmail.com with ‘Defective’  in the subject line. We would need the product to be returned to us at Returns Department, By Faith Cushions & Accessories, 14 Rydal Way, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 4PQ. Once received an investigation will then take place and if the product is deemed by us to be damaged, defective or of unsatisfactory quality or not as described and you have contacted us within 30 days of placing your order we will offer a refund or replace the product, plus reimbursement of the delivery charges.
